Northeastern University held its 121st commencement at historic Fenway Park on Sunday, May 7.

Chrystia Freeland, Canada’s deputy prime minister, was the graduate speaker. Mariam Naficy, a serial entrepreneur and e-commerce pioneer, was the undergraduate speaker. 

In addition to Naficy and Freeland, President Joseph E. Aoun conferred honorary doctorates upon Alondra Nelson and Alberto Ibargüen.
