Photos of the week: July 4-July 8

Northeastern kicked it into high gear this week as students and faculty returned for summer II classes. Cammy Brothers, an associate professor of art, design and architecture at Northeastern, spoke about how she devoted her life to studying the cultural boom of the Italian Renaissance, and now, she brings that era to life in the classroom. And Northeastern researchers have announced new material they are developing, called cooling paper, that could reduce the need for air conditioning in buildings.
