Innovative spirit on display during Global Entrepreneurship Week

April 8, 2012 – Students, faculty and staff checked out over 20 student ventures at the Spring 2013 Demo Day: A Celebration of Northeastern University Student Innovation, which was organized by the Entrepreneurs Club, the IDEA Venture Accelerator, the Northeastern Center for Entrepreneurship Education and the D’Amore-McKim School of Business.

Beginning Monday, Global Entrepreneurship Week, an annual celebration of innovation and entrepreneurial spirit, will bring a range of events to the Northeastern campus. Throughout the week, you’ll have opportunities to learn more about student-led startups, seek help discovering your own business idea, or meet the movers and shakers in the university’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.

These campus events coincide with the celebration Global Entrepreneurship Week worldwide. The celebration was created in 2008 and has since expanded to more than 160 countries, according to its sponsor, the Kaufman Foundation.
